Ezhil has over 14 years of experience in the ICT industry. His most recent role was Director of CSS Labs, the R & D wing of CSS Corp. Although he is known for his technical expertise in numerous technology spaces, he has gradually risen as an opinion maker in cloud computing in India. In 2009, Ulitzer named him as the 2nd most influential cloud computing blogger in the world. Ezhil holds an M. Tech from Allahabad University.
Founder Member; Director- Delivery, Operations & Admin
Selva has over 20 years of experience in the ICT industry working for Multinational corporations, catering to clients such as MasterCard, Singapore Airlines, etc. He has immense knowledge and experience in Product Management, Project Management and Delivery Management. He also has significant experience in implementing CMM level compliances and Lean processes.
Selva holds an engineering degree from Madurai Kamaraj University.
Chief Operating Officer
Shankar, with his unique combination of strong technical, analytical and management skills, assists Qruize in company strategy and operations. He has been instrumental and part of three successful startup companies in US as well as India. He has extensive experience leading global teams in highly competitive markets and has transformed several vendor/customer relations to that of valued business partners.
His career highlights include leading multi million dollar revenue generating projects with Fortune 500 clients like AT&T, Sprint, Verizon, SBC, FedEx, UPS, Fidelity, Meryl Lynch, American Airline, Wells Fargo, American Express, Bharti Airtel, TTSL, Kotak Bank, Axis Bank, Sun Networks, Mphasis, Sutherland, Genpact, Murugappa Group, Hindu, Virtusa, HCL. He has published an IEEE paper under US Army research grant. Shankar holds a Master’s degree from the University of Texas.

Pramode has over 25 years of experience working both in India as well as US in the ICT industry. His most recent stint was Senior Director of CSS Corp heading Information System Unit and Automation for Infrastructure Services. He has a strong leadership quality with extensive experience in Delivery management. Pramode holds M. Phil from Alagappa University.
CIO & Director – Qruize Cloud
A seasoned IT professional with around Thirty years’ experience in the Information Technology industry covering Manufacturing, Customer Support, Professional Services, Technology consulting, IT Infrastructure, IT Operations Management and Information Security. Previously was heading the Global IT operations for Marlabs Software Private Ltd. Prior to that worked in CSS Corp Pvt Ltd in various roles in the Internal IT , Security and Infrastructure Business Units.
Board Member; Executive Adviser
Thomas is a serial entrepreneur with over two decades of varied experience. He co-founded CSS Corp and was instrumental in building the technology base for its various centers of excellence. Thomas is an Electrical Engineer and also holds a Masters in Business from GMU, Virginia. He is currently involved with multiple ventures in IT, education, clean-tech, and social enterprise.
